Dear Exhibitor

You are hereby invited to be part of a “FIRST OF ITS KIND EVENT”.

The Reformed Church, Rooihuiskraal plans to host a Matric Farewell Expo on 12 April 2025. This event will be a showcase for established and emerging designers to introduce their unique designs and clothing to the Gr 12 learners and their parents. During the Expo, it is intended to provide a one-stop service. The Matriculant should not only be able to book or order her dress or suit, but also on the same day, decide on accessories, hair, make-up, skincare and as a bonus also the car.

Cocktail Attire for Parents 

Parents wearing cocktail attire to their child's Matric Farewell shows respect for the event, supports the significance of the occasion, and sets a positive example of dressing well for special occasions. It helps create a classy, memorable atmosphere for everyone involved.

Fashion Parade 

Each exhibitor also has the opportunity to display 3 outfits during the Fashion Parade. To make it easier, we request that each exhibitor/designer uses their own models. This makes it easier for both parties.

Gifts or Discounts available 

As everyone knows, it is always special if you get a gift or discount. Therefore, we suggest that you have at least one gift available for the day and perhaps give discounts to the matriculants who attend the expo. There will also be a welcome bag in which exhibitors can place flyers and marketing material.

Fully Customizable 3x3m Exhibition Space

We provide only one regular steel table, without table cloths, if you prefer a different table it will be your responsibility to bring it with.

Only 2 Representatives per Exhibitor

We only allow 2 representatives per Exhibitor, if you will need 2 more then please purchase an additional ticket.

Tickets per Exhibitor

The costs associated per exhibition space is @R250 per exhibitor. You can book your spot with the "Book Now" part of the menu, alternatively scroll down for the quick link on this page.

Curtains/Partitions/Adaptation Facilities

Define your space by bringing your own partitions - creating privacy and a professional display enhances the booth's presentation, offers some security for items, and provides a more comfortable environment for customers.

Everything you need to Operate your Stall

Everything needed to operate your stall and make it as interesting as possible. Remember there is more than one exhibitor of an item. The attractiveness and image of your stall will give you the unique edge.

Early Setup

The exhibitors can start setting up stalls on Friday 11 April. Extra security will be arranged for the evening to ensure the safety of your items.

Sales

If you will be handling sales on site, please provide your own card machine. We want to try to make it a “cashless” event.

Information Pack

An information pack with tickets, parking tickets and other related information will be available for collection a week before the event. If you are unable to collect it, we can send it by Pudo courier @R80.00.
